After more than two years of prototypes, beta versions, and user feedback, we quietly launched Duos in the app stores and gave ourselves time to polish it.

One goal: you walk into the real interview already knowing how it goes. Here’s what we’ve shipped so far, and what’s coming next.
Comic book storyline
Any job interview is an exercise in storytelling. Our app has a story of its own, and we’ve released the first few chapters to see how it unfolds. All packed into a visual comic book format to combat interview preparation boredom.
CV and LinkedIn integration
A good interviewer comes prepared, and that usually means reading your CV. We added CV upload and LinkedIn import: they feed straight into your interviews, make onboarding much faster, and multiply the number of job roles we support.
Support for custom job roles
We first built Duos for people in and around IT. Now it welcomes anyone with an interview ahead, from sales to nursing to project management, with personalization built for each role.
Personalized progression board
We built a progression board that mimics how real hiring works: you apply, move through the stages of the hiring process, and, of course, land a job offer.
Streaming voice engine
We rebuilt the text-to-speech engine to stream audio, cutting the reaction time of the AI interviewer.
First Product Hunt launch
We rebuilt the tutorial and polished the app based on user feedback, then took Duos to Web Summit in Lisbon and launched it on Product Hunt.
Onboarding rebuilt around you
We rebuilt onboarding from scratch: you pick your career track, set your goals, and import your CV. All three now shape your interviews and your feedback.
Deeper interview analysis
Interview analysis now includes a full breakdown of your performance, with quotes from your interview, practical suggestions on how to answer better, and the behavioral patterns behind your answers.
Practice with a real job description
You can now drop in a real job description and get a complete interview built around it. Company, role, requirements, everything is mapped, with adjustable difficulty and the interview stages you select.
Agentic interviews
Our biggest feature yet: interviewers with real emotional range. They react to how you answer, change tactics mid-interview, and come with variable stress levels and personalities. To pull it off, we rebuilt our interview engine from the ground up. We think it’s the most realistic mock interview in the world. See for yourself.
Interview superpowers
You’ll get new abilities during the interview, like asking for a hint mid-answer, so every run teaches you more.
Web version
Duos started as a cross-platform mobile app. We’re bringing it to the web next, so you can practice on a laptop too.
Educator portal
We’re partnering with career-transition and professional-retraining organizations to give their students structured, realistic interview practice and a better chance of landing a job after graduating.
